We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team, providing essential support to staff across multiple locations in New York and Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms and coordinating communication between candidates and screening vendors.
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers and recommend potential applicant sources.
- Support training initiatives by assisting with employee trainings and maintaining training records.
- Administer the organization's LinkedIn Learning system to meet training needs in collaboration with teams.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary paperwork promptly and assisting with offboarding as needed.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining the HR email inbox and supporting all-staff events by preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer, including meeting scheduling.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative work style.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service aptitude.
Qualifications
- Alignment with the organization's Statement of Faith.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms is preferred.
- Previous administrative experience in a Human Resources role is also preferred.
